The clay is purchased raw, then properly dosed and rolled in machines suitable for that purpose, then stored in an individual place for later re-mixing in appropriate proportions for each of the effects (ovens or brick). In a subsequent phase it will be once again dosed and laminated (the clay) now thinner by its destination.
To achieve a uniform mass, it remains in yeast for 10 days, thus being ready for use. Both furnaces as the tile are made by hand and placed in cars for pre-drying at room temperature for 8 days, after this period enters the greenhouse to its full drying at a constant temperature of 30 ° C. After fully dry they are placed in wagons for cooking in one of our intermittent 20 m3 furnaces with pellet burners in a 10 hour cycle with a progressive rise in temperature of 1000 ° C.
